Payment Policy:
Rates are in US Dollars.
summer - $275 nightly/$1925 weekly
spring/fall - $225 nightly/$1350 weekly.<
winter - $200 nightly/$1200 weekly.
holiday - $275 nightly/$1925 weekly*.
cleaning fee - $125/$135 w/pet.
lodging tax - 1 %.
All Bella Beach Vacation Rentals homes require a 30% deposit when making the reservation. We will be happy to process this deposit with a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover, American Express), check or money order. This deposit is non-transferable and may not be applied to any other reservations. The remaining balance (70%) is due 45 days prior to your arrival along with a security deposit of $250/$350 (security deposits are held by method of payment). You will receive a full security deposit refund as long as all rules on the rental agreement have been followed and the home is left clean and damage free.
