Payment Policy:
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash, personal check or credit card (we accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover). Rates are subject to change.
Security Deposits: Units sleeping 10 or more require a security deposit. Most units sleeping 8 or less, if paying by credit card, require no security deposit; we will hold your credit card number as a deposit. If paying in cash or check a minimum security deposit for the home is required prior to arrival. Security deposits paid with cash or check will be returned within approximately 10 business days after your departure. You will be billed for damages to home, carpet or contents, and any other breach of rental agreement or violation of Sunriver rules, loss of keys, towels and linens. Deposit will be refunded only to the person named on the credit card or rental agreement.
Cleaning Fee: All units have a non-refundable cleaning fee.
Taxes & Fees: A county/state room tax and recreation fee of 16% is collected on the total rent for each reservation. A county housekeeping tax of 7% is also added to your reservation.
