Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Funds
Rates exclude 12% South Carolina Accomodation Taxes and a cleaning and linen fee of $220. Rates may be prorated daily for winter or fall. A deposit of 50% must be remitted upon reservation. Balance must be remitted prior to arrival
A stay is reserved upon remitting a 50% deposit by check or money order. To calculate the total amount, multiply the cost of your nightly or weekly stay plus $220 cleaning fee by 1.12 to include South Carolina Accommodation tax. Your deposit is 50% of the total cost of stay.
Once a deposit is received, you will be sent a contract in the mail stating all terms and conditions. This must be signed and returned. The remaining balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival.
