Add 10% for holiday weeks (Heritage, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas). 40% deposit due upon reservation; balance and $450 (or $600 with pets) fully refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments by check is preferred. If guest prefers to pay via credit card, payment via PayPal is possible, and guest is asked to pay the 2.9% PayPal processing fee.
