Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

A $300 deposit is required to reserve your reservation. We WILL NOT hold any week UNTIL we receive this deposit. This IS NOT A SECURITY DEPOSIT. Currently we do not hold extra money as a damage deposit. (Hopefully people will continue to care for our condo as they have in the past and we will not have to change our policy). FINAL AMOUNT DUE 4 weeks prior to your stay. ADDITIONAL FEE: We do not include linens in the cost of the rental. We have found that some people prefer to bring their own linens. For this reason, we DO NOT INCLUDE this fee in the weekly rate. A linen fee of $50 includes towels, washclothes, and sheets. Linen service is OPTIONAL. CLEANING: Cleaning IS INCLUDED in the weekly rate. (NO EXCEPTIONS) CONFIRMATIONS and CORRESPONDENCE: Confirmations and correspondence will be made via email only unless otherwise requested. Once we have received the final amount of the rental, we will send you the code to the lock box along with any other information needed. Check in is at 3 p.m. (EST) Check out is at 11 a.m. (EST)
