Payment Policy:
All rates in US dollars.
The 11% tax is included in the price listed.
A deposit of $400 or one-half the rental (the lesser of the two) is due within 5 days. Payment is by check,Visa or MasterCard.
The balance is due 4 weeks before your arrival. The furnished linens and departure cleaning are included in the rental fee.
The rental dates listed are the dates of the nights spent in the condo. Rental is Sat. to Sat. Check-in 3
PM. Check-out is 11AM.
A $100 security/key deposit is required. It will be refunded after inspection and return of the keys. 5% discount for repeat guests at my condo.
