Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Initial Payment: When you make your reservation at Palmetto Vacation Rentals, LLC. we ask that you make an initial payment equivalent to 50% of the total cost of your rental. After making the initial payment, we will send to you a rental agreement requesting the renter’s signature. We do accept VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover or any other certified funds that would be most convenient for you. If you are planning to pay by check, payment must be received one week after your reservation and no later than thirty (30) days prior to check-in; otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled. If you make payment by check you must have a credit card on file for incidentals or send a separate check for $300.00 deposit, which you will receive back within 30 days of departure. There will be a $55 bank fee for any dishonored checks. Administrative/Processing Fee: All reservations require a NON-REFUNDABLE administrative/processing fee of $65-$89 depending on the unit to be paid with the first installment. Final Payment: The final payment toward your vacation rental is required 30 days before your arrival. Requirements for the final and initial payments are the same. After your final payment is received, we will send you a written confirmation listing all your vacation rental charges, vacation insurance (if applicable), occupancy taxes, processing fees, security deposits, and any other requested rental service fees or items.
