Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Partial-Week Rentals Unless otherwise specified, check-in after 3:00 pm and check-out before noon. Partial-week rentals are only available from September through May. Reservations for partial-week rentals are accepted no more than 60 days in advance. Partial week rentals do not include a cleaning service.

$300 per night.

3-nights including weekend $750 ($250 per night)
3-nites weekdays only $600 ($200 per night, plus $100 additional nights)
- Security deposit is $600. Security deposit plus $600 of the weekly rent is due upon reservation. The balance of the rent is due two weeks before you are scheduled to arrive.
- You are welcome to use any and all things in the house (including items provided in the pantry). Upon checkout, however, please leave the home in the condition you found it, which includes cleaning up after yourself.
- All deposits ($600 total) returned within one week after departure if EastShore is left in good condition.
- Monthly rates are available for longer term leases October - April.
A cleaning service is available for $100.00. Checkout is at 11:00 if utilizing the cleaning service.
A linen service is available for $50.00. Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. if utilizing the cleaning service and linen service.
