Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
Daily Rent $150.00 - $175.00.
Lodging tax: 12%.
Cleaning fee: $50.00.
I usually rent from Saturday to Saturday in the Summer and can rent by the day or week or month in the Spring or Fall and Winter. Spring and Fall weeks are $950 and the Summer starts with Memorial Day and ends with Labor Day and runs $1200 a week in the Summer. There is a 10% state, county and local Hospaliity fee that must also be added.
I require a one third deposit and the total paid in full one month before arrival.
