Damage deposit of $250 will hold your reservation on our official calender. This is refundable upon my in town managers inspection of the home and contents after your party leaves. Full payment due 30 days in advance of your stay. Management fee of $75 per week includes a cleaning/maintenance fee. Taxes will be included.
