Discounts DO NOT APPLY for Holidays and Weekends(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights). All Promotional Codes And Coupons Must Be Presented At The Time Your Reservation Is Made, Otherwise Discounts Do Not Apply. Weekly rates are already discounted, so promotional codes and discounts may not apply, or the discount will be applied to the nightly rate. A 14 day notice is required for cancellation on our Condos and 1 month notice for our Homes, otherwise deposit is forefeited. All rental charges are due at time of check in. Any changes to reservations are subject up to a $100 charge. All rates are subject to change. Cancellations the day of and no-shows will be charged for a two night stay. Cancellations during scheduled stay will result in forfeiture. Rescheduling within seven days, may result in forfeiture of deposit. An additional charge of $25 will be assessed if the dishes are not cleaned and or the condo left unkempt. Each of our condos are non smoking and a $150 fine or eviction may be exercised by TCV. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at time of reservation. If deposit is not received your reservation may be canceled without notice. 2 night minimum.
