Regular Season/07-08(Oct. 1,07– April 15,08, Memorial day,4/07,Labor day week/end*): $390/Nightly
Holiday Season/07/08 (Dec. 17– Jan. 2,Columbus day, Thanksgiving Day, Martin Luther King Day, Pers. Day, week/ends*, Sundance Festival Jan16-Jan31)$590/Nightly;
3 NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 50% deposit on the total gross rental amount is required at time of reservation. The deposit must be received within 24 hours of your booking. We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $600.00 is required on all confirmations. This deposit will be refunded
upon departure provided there is no damage, missing inventory , telephone and/or other charges incurred.
CLEANING FEE: A cleaning fee of $135.00 will be charged on stays up to 6 nights and $185.00 on stays of 7
nights of more up to 10 days.
TAXES: House rentals are subject to a 10.35% sales and lodging tax.
