Payment Policy:
  • Peak Season is May 28 - Sept. 4: $1300 per week.
  • Off-Season is Sept. 4 - May 28: $900 per week off-season rate.
  • The nightly rate is $195 with a two-night minimum, only available in the off-season.
  • We need to receive a 50% deposit within 7 days from the date of your reservation. The remaining amount is due 120 days prior to reservation date. You will be reimbursed for your deposit if you cancel 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival time. If you need to cancel for any reason after this time, we will try to rent our home for you. In the event we are unable to rent our home, your payment cannot obviously be reimbursed. Your rental payment is a statement of your acceptance of our rental policy.
