There is a $300.00 deposit/reservation fee to reserve your dates requested. 1/2 of the full charge is due 60 days prior to your reserved dates and the second 1/2 is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We accept Visa/Master Card, personal checks (reservations will not be held until the check clears). The $300. deposit is fully refundable if the rules of check out are met and no damage was done.
