1-4 Persons 2 Bedrooms $4572/wk with tax;
1-8 Persons 4 Bedrooms $6072/wk with tax;
1-12 Persons 6 Bedrooms $7392/wk with tax;
CHRISTMAS (Dec 15, 2006 - January 4, 2007)
10 days Minimum.
$11092/wk with tax;
SUMMER SEASON (April 15- Dec 14-2005/2006)
4 days Minimum
1-4 Persons 2 Bedrooms $3572/wk with tax;
1-8 Persons 4 Bedrooms $4565/wk with tax;
1-12 Persons 6 Bedrooms $5557/wk with tax;
Additional persons/children sleeping on queen sofa beds is $40/night;
Our rates INCLUDE 7% BVI tax and midweek/weekend maid service;
The rates are for exclusive use the entire villa. Rates are dependant on the number of persons in the villa
RENTAL TERMS:
Deposit due: 50% upon booking. Nonrefundable unless villa can be rebooked. We will try and re-book your
stay at a later date without penalty.
Balance due: 60 days prior to arrival date
Damage deposit due: $500 60 days prior to arrival date; refund for no damage will be mailed within one week.
