Chalet Shalimar is Supertravel’s new property in Zermatt and continues with our level of top class accommodation in our other resorts. The chalet split into 4 apartments, can be taken individually or opened up to cater for larger groups. This enables family’s or friends to travel away and have as much or as little privacy as needed. You can eat all as one group or separately and with the flexible living areas there is always somewhere to find some peace and quiet.You cannot stay in Zermatt without having a Matterhorn view and chalet Shalimar has one of the best views in resort and every apartment either has a balcony or patio facing this impressing commanding mountain, so relax on the loungers, breath that mountain air and take it all in. The entrance level features a ski room with heated boot rack which you will need as you can virtually ski to and from the door of Chalet Shalimar. Then 2 – 4 person apartments which can be opened up to an 8 person apartment, with each room benefiting from en suite bathrooms, open plan sitting/dining with log burning fire and large window out on to the patio facing the Matterhorn. The next 2 floors have 2 - 6 person duplex’s again these can be taken individually or for a group of 12. Take the lift up to the 1st floor and each apartment has 3 large en suite rooms each with balcony. Then either take the stairs or lift to the upper duplex floor to the living areas with the sitting room leading on to the balcony facing the Matterhorn or cozy down next to the log burning fire. The spacious dining room is the perfect place to enjoy a sumptuous meal after a fantastic days skiing. The separate TV room is a perfect place for the kids to play or to catch up on the news or hide away with your favorite book.Below the ground floor is the chalets wellness area where you can relax after a hard day on the fantastic Zermatt slopes. Featuring a swimming pool, sauna and steam room this is the perfect luxury for your ski holiday. The window next to pool opens up to a fantastic view of the Matterhorn so you can while a way time, relaxing on the loungers whilst taking in the awesome majesty of the mountain. The chalet is located in the quiet area of Winkelmatten and is virtually ski in ski out snow conditions permitting and is a 15 minute stroll into the village center it has good bus connections and of course if you don’t wish to walk back to the chalet after a great night out the electric taxis are always on hand.

The result is a spacious, cosy and tasteful furnished vacation home. The large 180 degrees floor to ceiling windows provide breathtaking views over the village, the mountains and the Rhone Valley. Location: Chalet Aquarius is located on a mountain slope, right in the centre of Haute Nendaz, 200 meters from the main road. The chalet is easily accessible, also in wintertime, since the road is cleared off snow daily. Nevertheless, snow chains are necessary in case of snow. A bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars and bus stop are only a few minutes walking away. The ski station lies 500 meters distance and the free bus service to this ski station and to Siviez lies only 250 meters away. Chalet Z'Gogwärgji (dwarf chalet) is the orginal old name for our unique new chalet in the heart of Zermatt's old village where the houses date back to the 18th century.
Converted from an old sheep barn and retaining many of the original features, today's chalet offers a unique individual Walliser chalet perfect for 4 people.The entire chalet on 3 floors is at the disposal of our guests (not to be confused with an apartment in a chalet).
We have retained most of the original weather-worn facade from the 18th century and used larchwood from the local forests for the interior together with Piemont granit . All this evokes a real sense of past combined with cozy luxury.
Situated in the heart of the old village called Hinterdorf near the river, the chalet is close to all facilities and mountain departure stations. It has been lovingly reconstructed on 3 floors and comprises: 2 double bedrooms en suite (lower floor and ground floor) joined by a winding wooden staircase leading to the living/dining room with kitchen at the top. Both bedrooms as well as the living room have a Bang & Olufsen sound system (Flat screen TV / DVD / CD). Free wireless internet is at our guests' disposal.
The lower ground floor has a sauna for relaxation after a day in the mountains, a wine cellar with a selection of the best local wines from the Valais and a laundry room.
