VILLA MAGNOLIA:is situated at Horefto Beach, a famous summer vacation beach, on Pilio (Pelion), Greece, where the beauty of the evergreen mountain meets the harmony of the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea.It is located just 80m from the sandy beach and has a marvelous view to the Aegean Sea, and Sporades Islands (Skiathos, Skopelos - Mama Mia famous island- & Alonnissos). It is a stone built traditional house, with a garden of 800 m2.The house has:- 2 double rooms- 1 single room- 1 big living room with 2 sofa-beds- 1 kitchen- 1 bathroom.Can easily accommodate 7 persons, and there is the ability to add 1-2 additional single beds (on request). It is fully furnished, and provided with all the basic essentials, such as coffee, sugar, toilet papers, cleaning detergents...It is also equipped by air-conditioning, camp-barbeque & 2 bicycles.The access to the house (80m) is on foot, with a stone-built stair.The parking place is in front of the house, by the shore, just 80m from the house.
