Our home sits on 2.5 acres of 10 acres of family land that has been in our family for generations. I have two bedrooms, one with custom queen size bunk beds and the master with a queen size bed, walk in closet and a walk in rock shower with a Jacuzzi tub and custom tile art work through out the house. Master bath has a koi pond and a taro patch and the kitchen has pineapples and taro leaves that role down the laundry stairs, front entrance sits a turtle (Hono) to welcome you. I have a big family entertainment room with theater chairs and big screen tv with a sound system that has speakers through out the house and deck, bedrooms all have flat screen tv's. I also have a massage chair that truly makes you feel completely relaxed. It is very quiet and peaceful since we have no neighbors and lots of land with fruit trees (oranges,lemons,limes,tangos,tangerines, mango's, avocados and lots of bananas). Our custom home was built in 2005 by my husband and I built with total love. Our kitchen has top of the line appliances and all stainless steal with all granite counter tops through out the house. We take pride in our home, our yard, our marriage and our life.

This home is nestled in the foothills of the Sierras, only 5 miles from the historic town of Mariposa. It is conveniently located between two entrances of Yosemite: 40 miles from Yosemite Valley, which is a scenic drive along the Merced River Canyon on Route 140. The alternate route along HW 41 takes you to the south entrance of the park where you'll see Badger Pass, the Giant Sequoias, and Glacier Point. You can easily make a loop through both entrances of Yosemite from this home in a half day. Welcome to our Camano island vacation home! You are invited to spend some relaxing moments just looking out at the water, doing puzzles or playing chess on the table by the window, playing ping pong in the lower level rec room, walking the short block to the community beach and checking out the sea life and birds, or exploring the island. Our kitchen is well stocked with stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, as well as utensils (including a wine bottle opener), pots and pans, dishes and glassware, and a picnic basket ready to go with all the necessities! The dining table can be set with linens and candles or more casual fare, the propane fireplace provides ambiance as well as quick heat for that cozy feeling, and a couple of rocking chairs are just what is needed to snuggle in with a good book. We have a small television in the living room with dvd and tape player attached, a small collection of dvd's mainly geared to the kids (or the kid in the adult!), wi-fi for your computer, and a cd/radio player.Master bedroom has a queen sized comfy bed and the master bath has a jetted tub as well as a stall shower. The guest room has two twins (that can be rolled together for a king) and the guest bath has a stall shower. A laundry room is also available. The lower level is reached by an outside door and along with the ping pong table you will find space for craft projects such as drift wood pictures, etc.We have a two car garage, a large deck with table and chairs, and two fenced yards. Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away by car. This home has deeded beach access but the walkway is about 1/2 mile away. This access seems to be a quiet spot to just gaze into the ocean or take a peaceful walk. My favorite beach is 1/2 mile away also, in the other direction. Here is where you will find an oceanfront restaurant/lounge, drive-on beach access, rest rooms, pavillions, and showers. Plenty or parking if you do not want to drive on the beach and park.Heated inground pool is beautiful! It was designed so the first step is very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe.
