| Gasparilla Island 5K & 10K Run |
| This fabulous run on Gasparilla Island, starts from Boca Grande Community Center and finishes on the well-known Banyan Street. The route of the run is lined with charming scenic views of Charlotte Harbor, historic district of Boca Grande and an estuary of palm trees at Gilchrist Avenue. Separate awards are given to male and female participants. The charge for pre-registered is $18 and $20 for on the spot registration. |

| Youth Fishing Tournament |
| Enjoy this famous and challenging “World’s Richest Tarpon Tournament” at Boca Grande. The event attracts thousands of visitors from mid April through August. Try your luck and who knows you might win a boat along with prize money of $150,000. |

| See the fabulous art works of about 300 talented artists of the world. Thousands of visitors flock here every year to witness the live entertainment and appreciate the various art displays. One of the premiere outdoor art festivals, it was conceptualized in the summer season of 1970 and has a rich history in the Tampa city. |
