 Special Information for Booking Vacation Rentals in Cancun

A deposit is required when you make a reservation, the rate of which varies from one Cancun condo to the other. Also, most Cancun vacation rentals require the balance payment to be made 45 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation, a deposit $50 will be deducted and the rest will be refunded if you notify the rental prior to 35 days before the date of your arrival. The high season is between mid-December to mid-April when the rates of the Cancun condos and Cancun vacation rentals tend to be on the higher side.  You can look for great bargain during the low season, which is between April to June and September to mid-December.
