| The museum showcases restored trains from different time periods of the country’s history. In fact the main building of the museum itself is a recreation of the original Chandler depot. History comes alive through the original exhibits of the rail company, china and glass, and uniforms. The Presidential rail cars and movie set rail cars can be booked for meetings and events. . The museum is open to the visitors from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays from Labor Day to Memorial Day. |

| The museum has an interesting collection of exhibits, displays, photographs, and artifacts that throw light on the history of Chandler and also the original settlers. The major attractions of this museum include a replica of the tent house used by the original settlers and also some artifacts of the prehistoric southwestern Native Americans and the replica of the city’s first store called the Morrison’s General Store. Special exhibits are featured in the changing exhibit gallery. The museum is open from Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am – 4:00 pm. Admission is free. |
