| Old Atwood House Museum |
| The museum complex, maintained by the Chatham Historical Society, includes the Atwood House, which is furnished in period American antiques, as well as 7 galleries and 2 separate buildings, the Stallknecht Mural Barn and the Nickerson Camp. The museum is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, from 1 - 4 PM, from mid-June through September. Rainy days hours are from 10 AM – 4 PM. The museum is closed on Sunday and Monday. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for students. Entry for children under 12 is free. Between October and May, monthly lectures on topics related to Chatham’s history and the museum’s collections are given on Sunday afternoons. |

| Mayo House Museum |
| Be sure to visit this quaint yellow cottage, which has stood on Main Street since 1818. Admire the needlepoint handiwork of locals long past or wonder at life in such a tiny dormered home. The museum is open from mid-June through September. Admission is free. Visiting hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 11 AM – 4 PM. |

| Chatham Lighthouse |
| The lighthouse is one of the most delightful places on the east coast. The panoramic view of the surrounding vistas is spectacular, regardless of the weather. On a sunny day, you can see for miles, while in the evenings your view of the sunset is simply amazing. Be sure to get a bird’s eye view of the Chatham Lighthouse Beach, with the gulls playing lazily on the water or the seals passing on route their daily migration. The lighthouse is an active Coast Guard station, so it not open to the public except by special arrangement and during scheduled open houses, which includes Cape Cod Maritime Week in May. Tours of the lighthouse are conducted on selected Wednesdays between the months of May and October, and on December 31st. Admission to the lighthouse is free, though children under 5 yeas of age are not allowed above the base. |

| Monomoy Theatre |
| The Monomoy Theatre, staffed by graduates and undergraduate students of Ohio University, as well as guest artists and students from other academic institutions, has entertained residents of Cape Cod for more than 48 years. This summer theatre offers performances daily, except for Sundays. Evening performances are held Monday - Saturday at 8 PM and on Thursday and Saturday for matinees, which are held at 2 PM. Admission prices vary, though they are usually less than $30 per performance. |

| Chatham Railroad Museum |
| Take a nostalgic trip down memory lane to the age of the steam engine at this totally volunteer operated railroad museum. The 1887 restored railroad depot is a treat even for those who are not railroad fanatics. On display are vintage photos, treasured artifacts and model trains. A highlight of the museum is an old caboose from the New York Central System, which provides an insight into the life on the Cape a century ago. The museum is open from 10 AM – 4 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, from mid-June to mid-September. Admission to the museum is free, though donations are accepted. |

| Cape Cod Maritime Museum |
| At the Cape Cod Maritime Museum you can learn how ancient mariners voyaged across oceans and how present day oceanographers and marine biologists are exploring the mysteries of the deep. Activities are offered daily. Regular hours are Tuesday though Saturday, from 10 AM – 4 PM and on Sunday from 12 - 4 PM. Entry is $5 for adults, $4 for students and free for children under 6 years. |
