Getting To and Around Crested Butte |
| You can fly into the Gunnison-Crested Butte airport (GUC), which is a 30 minute drive from the town of Crested Butte or the Denver International Airport. Alpine Express offers shuttles from the Gunnison-Crested Butte airport to most of the local destinations. If driving from Denver International Airport, you can take Interstate 70 west and exit from highway 470 west. To commute within the town, you will find various shuttles including the Condo Shuttles that serves the condominium complexes adjacent to the ski area from 8 AM to midnight. The shuttle operates every 20 minutes until 8 PM and then every 30 minutes until midnight. |
