| Ponce de Leon Inlet Light Station |
| Built in 1887, the lighthouse is a National Historic Landmark and gets more than 200,000 visitors every year. The Ponce Inlet Light Station is open daily from 10 AM until 6 PM, Labor Day until Memorial Day. After Memorial Day, the Light Station will be open from 10 AM until 9 PM. Because it takes at least one hour for a thorough tour of the lighthouse and museum, the last admission to the Ponce Inlet Light Station is one hour before closing. Visitors are invited to climb the lighthouse tower during their visit, but the tower is closed if lightning is present in the area. Admission to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse is $5 for adults and $1.50 for children 11 and under.

| Marine Science Center |
| The Marine Science Center at Ponce Inlet is a great place to get a closer look at the marine creatures. Learn about turtle and bird rehabilitation, take a nature walk and explore an artificial reef aquarium. The center’s hours are from Tuesday to Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM and Sunday from 12-4 PM. Admission is $1 for ages 5-12, $3 for ages 13 and above. Children under 5 have free entry. |

| Halifax Historical Museum |
| Daytona Beach area is blessed with a rich history and culture and you can learn more about the region at the Halifax Historical Museum. The museum has artifacts that date back to 5,000 B.C. and even offers a research facility with old city directories, documents and maps as well as an extensive photographic and postcard collection. The museum is open from Tuesday to Saturday. |
