    Hillcrest Golf Course
    This public 18-hole golf course is famous for its greens and the spectacular views of the La Plata Mountains. Located on a small mesa, just north of Fort Lewis College, Hillcrest Golf Course provides a quality at a reasonable price. The green fees for non-members are $20 for 18-holes and in the peak season $10 for 9-holes. The rentals for carts are $18 per cart for 18-holes and for 9-holes $9.
     
    Dalton Ranch Golf Club
    The challenging 18-holes, par 72 Dalton Ranch Golf Club is situated 6-miles north of Durango at Trimble Lane. The golf course offers fabulous views of Animas Valley, beautiful pines and red cliffs. The greens are well elevated, double tired and properly bunkered. You can get all amenities for complete practice. A full bar and grill are also available on-site.
     
    The Glacier Club at Tamarron
    This private 27-hole, 3,340 yards The Glacier Club features long slim valleys, beautiful scenery and elevated trees. You can enjoy the spectacular views of the surroundings. Designed by Todd Schoeder, this course was built in 1975.The dress code includes collared shirts and bermuda shorts.
