| While in Walt Disney World Animal Kingdom, you can enjoy the Kilimanjaro Safari. Traveling in open-sided safari vehicles, you get to view giraffes, elephants, rhinos, lions and hippos. This park is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Visitors should be free from medical conditions including high BP, heart ailments and back or neck problems. Expectant mothers are not allowed. Those with young children can take turns on the safari. Attraction translation devices are also available upon the payment of a refundable deposit. Other attractions include Mickey’s Jammin’ Jungle Parade and Dinosaur. You can also raft down the unpredictable waters of the Asian River Chakranadi in Kali River Rapids. |

| At Walt Disney World-MGM Studios, visit the spooky Twilight Zone of Terror, Rock and Roller Coaster. You can also witness the extreme stunt show, Lights, Motors, Action. At Walt Disney World Epcot, enjoy futuristic rides and attractions; in Mission Space, fight meteors and other cosmic obstructions as you try to save planet earth. | Uncle Donald's Farm |
Kids of all ages enjoy at Uncle Donald’s Farm, which offers a view of what country life is really like, with all the cattle rearing, ducks, rabbits and horses. Though entertaining, it is also a very informative experience for the children. The petting area of the farm has domesticated animals that children can see, touch and even feed. There are chicken, pheasants, ducks, ostriches and emus in the Poultry Patch.
Visitors enjoy an old-fashioned hayride through the farm, to see the llamas and ostriches. The farm is also a wildlife rehabilitation center and you can view over 20 species of native wildlife, including birds of prey, the Florida Panther and reptiles. The farm is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 AM to 4 PM. |

| Lady Lake Historical Society Museum is famous as a treasure house of historical information, especially on the Seminole Indians, the Log Cabin and other aspects of local importance. Detailed information on the past mayors can also be obtained here. While here, you can check out the history of the Train Depot of the town, apart from many such insights connected with the town. Located right on Old Dixie Highway, the museum conducts special tours as well. |

| Austin Carriage Museum |
Also in Lake County is the Austin Carriage Museum, famous for its unique collection of antique horse-drawn carriages. The place, which is also a resort, is very popular. Visitors can view over 75 carriages from the late 1800s and early 1900s. On display are the simplest to the most sophisticated of horse-driven carriages, used both by the common man and the aristocrat. Most are American carriages but a few of them are also European. The collection also features carriages that were the predecessors to the modern-day cab, the station wagon automobile and the racing sulky. Also featured are a medicine carriage, a US mail cart, and a large hunting wagon with a dog compartment.
A carriage displayed here was even used by MGM studios in movies made in the 1930s; and another carriage, the Tour Neau Sociable, is one of only three made in the US that are still intact. There is also an 1800s' replica western style stagecoach that can be pulled by six horses. The museum displays a rare Austrian Gala Harness and features a reference library with books about carriages and driving. |

| National Presidents Hall Of Fame |
Also in Lake County, the National Presidents Hall of Fame has displays that span 200 years and a 60-foot miniature replica of the White House. The Guinness Book of World Records now features it as the world's largest dollhouse.
Visitors can peek into the rooms and grounds of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., where one inch of the model is equal to one foot of the full-scale White House, as it looks today. The exhibit even has tiny working televisions, hand-carved chairs and tables, crystal chandeliers, and portraits exactly like those on the White House's walls, and miniature carpets that are exact replicas of the originals. The place also houses 42 wax presidential figures, a collection of first ladies' gowns, a presidential gallery of memorabilia, Oval Office displays and many of the Jackie Kennedy auction items.
The museum is located in Clermont on Highway 27, near the corner of US-27 and SR-50, next to the Citrus Tower. |

Orlando Museum of Art, located around 43 miles from Lady Lake, is a popular destination among tourists from all over the world. The museum covers all aspects of art, from ancient to modern. It also organizes events and festivals that make visiting the museum an engrossing affair throughout the year. This year too, several exhibitions are lined up.
The gallery is open from Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 4 PM and on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4PM. It is closed on Mondays and all major holidays. Exclusive items of art can be bought from the museum art shop also. Tickets to the museum are priced at $8 for adults, $7 for senior citizens, college students with ID, and those in groups of over 10. For students (between 6 to 18 years,) tickets are priced at $5 and admission is free for children (below 5.) |

| Lake Griffin State Park |
This park is home to the largest oak tree in the state of Florida. A short trail at the entrance of the park takes visitors to a mammoth oak tree. A canal connects the park to Lake Griffin, which is the eighth largest lake in Florida, where visitors can enjoy boating, canoeing and fishing. Anglers will find a lot of largemouth bass, bluegill, speckled perch, and catfish.
You can enjoy watching the park's wildlife while picnicking or strolling along the half-mile nature trail. A shady, full-facility campground invites travelers to spend the night or an entire vacation here. The park is open from 8 AM to sunset everyday.
