This beautiful town is popular for its beaches. The Surfrider Beach, Zuma Beach and Leo Carillo Beach are the most popular beaches in the area. Malibu State Lagoon Beach and the Broad Beach offer a number of facilities and attractions for the vacationers. The beach at Paradise Cove Pier might look familiar, as the destination has been filmed in many movies. The various attractions at these beaches include tracks for cycling, skating and walking, changing rooms, and ample of parking space.
You can exercise certain caution, while on the beaches. Smoking, alcohol, barbeque and dogs are strictly not allowed at of the Malibu Beaches. You can avoid all of these prohibited things to avoid any legal hassles and enjoy a peaceful vacation. |

| Walking, Hiking and Biking |
| The beaches are a wonderful place to walk or jog on. The Zuma Beach offers plenty of sandy spaces for walking and biking. The mountains and cliffs of Santa Barbara Mountains overlook Malibu. This makes for a wonderful and scenic opportunity for hiking. Solstice Canyon has the Sostoma Hike Trail running almost six miles long. Ramirez Canyon Park is another place where you have an opportunity to hike. Most of the trails offer a wonderful view of Malibu, making it a memorable experience. |

| Bait and charter boats are easy to get at the Malibu Pier. Fishing can also be enjoyed at the Santa Monica Bay where there are a number of rentals available. North Malibu is one of Southern California's best fishing zones. You can fish for big calico, kelp bass, sand bass and lingcod. |
