    Art Deco District
The historic Art Deco District is the famous Architectural District, which features a world famous collection of buildings, representing the art deco movement in art and architecture. The historic Art Deco District is quite a sight to behold, especially for architecture enthusiasts, with a remarkable focus on the resort-style architecture of the 1920s and 1930s of the world. The area’s bright and lively colored buildings still resonate the era, when Miami Beach was endorsed as a throbbing “tropical playground.”

You can also take an organized walking tour of the several architectural landmarks in Miami Beach. Carl Fisher Clubhouse designed by architect August Geiger and completed in 1916 is considered one of the oldest structures still standing in Miami Beach. This building and Little Stage Theater designed by architect Robert A. Taylor and completed in 1937 are some of the earliest examples of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture in the Miami Beach area.
