Special Information for Booking Vacation Rentals in Ponce Inlet |
| At Ponce Inlet, there are a limited number of vacation rental condos that allow pets but in some places, a non-refundable pet deposit is required. Smoking is prohibited in some Ponce Inlet vacation rental condos. Due to the Ponce Inlet Vacation Ordinance, some vacation condos may only rent once a month. All rentals are subject to 12.5% resort tax and cleaning fee is extra. Advance reservations are required along with a reservation/damage deposit, which is refunded within 30 days of departure. In some vacation rental condos, Saturday to Saturday reservation is preferred. Discounts are available for 3-6 month rentals. |

You would find a free 9-hole professional golf course in Ponce Inlet but the major golf courses are located in the neighborhood Daytona Beach. There are about 17 golf courses in Daytona Beach, which cater to pros as well as amateur golfers. One of the most famous golf courses is Ocean Hammock Golf Club. This club is a 9-hole semi-private one and has all the modern amenities that make it state-of-the-art. The annual Ponce Inlet Fine Art Festival, Town Park attracts many visitors each year. This festival features talented fine arts experts each year. This year, ‘Vettes at the Light’, a Ponce Inlet Corvette Club Car Show will be held on May 20.

In Ponce Inlet, the winters are mild and warm while summers can be quite hot. The region has a semi-tropical climate and in June, July and August, the temperature hovers around 81° F to 91° F and the humidity is as much as 90%. The lowest temperatures in these months range from 70°F to 72°F. The rest of the year experiences temperature with a high ranging from 69°F to 79°F and a low of between 47°F to 71°F. There are showers and thunderstorms the whole-year-round but less in winters.
Ponce Inlet experiences warm, mild winters and hot summers. Since the region is close to the Atlantic Ocean, it enjoys nights that are balmy with warm tropical breezes. It rains almost every month here. The best season to visit Ponce Inlet would be between the months of October to May, when it's sunny, with less rain and humidity. |
