Edgartown Lighthouse
Visit Edgartown Lighthouse and enjoy the fabulous views of the ocean, bay, moorland and the harbor. Originally built in 1828, this lighthouse was set on a small man-made island made of granite blocks. However, due to being in a poor condition, it was dismantled and shipped to Edgartown on a barge and this is where it stands today.

Menemsha Harbor
If you are looking for some peaceful place, away from the hustle and bustle of other towns, Menemsha Harbor is a perfect destination. It is famous for its summertime pleasures. The harbor is itself a study of extremes. You’ll see some luxurious yachts anchored in the harbor and at the end of the day you’ll come across the fishermen bringing in the booty after a hard day’s work.

You can see the Native American exhibits in its Pease Galleries, while Gale Huntington Library houses books on genealogy. |
