| The rates of the rentals vary from season to season. The peak seasons are summers and winters and rates tend to be on the higher side. Most rentals require security deposit, which is refundable. Vacation Rentals may even charge you a cleaning fee that can be anything from $40/$50 to $100/$120. There is a 3 night minimum stay for all days between December 22nd and January 1st.
