Squaw Valley is a winter playground for winter sports enthusiasts and offers 4,000 acres of world famous terrain for skiing. The terrain suits the tamest and the toughest, and spreads across six mountain peaks. Squaw Valley offers 25% beginner, 45% intermediate, and 30% expert terrain, 16 spacious open bowls, groomed 100 runs, terrain parks and half pipes, and free night skiing with every day lift ticket.
The ski resort has 30 lifts, including an aerial cable car and North America's only Funitel that provides unequaled mountain access. |

| Hiking |
Explore the exotic wilderness of the Squaw Valley hiking through the various trails of the region. Meander through the meadows covered with wildflowers or gaze to your heart’s content the panoramic vistas atop the Squaw Peak or explore the historic Watson Monument at Emigrant Peak. Hike up Shirley Canyon or start your hike at elevation 8200' from High Camp; there are many vistas for you to discover in this mesmerizing valley.
High Camp Loop is an approximately easy to moderate one-mile hike beginning at High Camp and traversing through the ridge to the top of Links Chairlift. This area also serves as Squaw Valley’s beginner ski and snowboard slopes.
High Camp to the top of the Emigrant Chairlift is a hiking trail, which is a bit difficult but on reaching the destination, you are rewarded with a 360º view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Tahoe. While there, you can explore the famous Watson Monument as well. |

| Ice Skating |
| Experience the exhilaration of ice skating at Olympic Ice Pavilion located at High Camp Bath & Tennis Club overlooking Lake Tahoe. There are special arrangements for children's birthday parties and company retreats on the rink. |

| Snowtubing |
| Have a blast snowtubing at the tubing park located at High Camp, at the top of Squaw Valley's Cable Car. The course is exciting but moderate and promises fun for the entire family. There are two lanes- one easy and the other aggressive. |

| Aqua Sports |
| Lake Tahoe offers a perfect backdrop for water activities not only is summers but also in winters. The extreme depth prevents the lake’s water from freezing. Spend a leisurely day on a paddleboat. The more adventurous can try out parasailing, whitewater rafting, and kayaking. |
