| The rates of the rentals usually shoot up during Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year's eve. There are separate charges for administration, security and cleaning. During the off-season some of the rentals do offer vacation rentals at a discounted rate. Some rentals require two nights lodging deposit and full payment within sixty days. There is a 12.4% lodging tax. There is also an additional sales/room tax in Telluride area. Cleaning fees are extra and depend on the length of your stay. Additional catering services are available at renter's expense. Not all units are smoke and pet friendly. |
