| June’s Annual John Levique Days in John’s Pass Village include a Pirates’ Ball, costume contests, a village-wide treasure hunt, a pirate invasion and water battle, a pirates’ parade and a pillaging of the village, a pub crawl (for adults only), Brigands Bazaar and various entertainment venues throughout the village. |

| Annual Treasure Island Lighted Boat Parade & Community Holiday Celebration |
| In December, Treasure Island hosts the Annual Treasure Island Lighted Boat Parade & Community Holiday Celebration, with plenty of great waterfront viewing opportunities for watching the boats pass under the causeway. At the Tennis & Yacht Club, enjoy jazz music, complimentary food, drink and a tree lighting to start the holiday season. Admission is 1 new toy per family for the Christmas Toy Workshop Project. |

| Travel further, to Vinoy Waterfront Park in St. Petersburg, for the Tampa Bay Jazz Fest. Held annually in May, the jazz festival features well-known musicians like John Lee Hooker, Jr. A 3-day pass is $50, and passes for individual nights are $20 - $25 per person. Children under 12 are free. |

| The 3-day SPIFFS International Folk Fair, held annually in March in St. Petersburg, features cultural customs of more than 50 countries and nationalities. Each ethnic group sets up a village with cultural exhibits, ethnic foods and gift items. |

| The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg |
| The Honda Grand Prix of St. Petersburg returns at the end of March and beginning of April with the famed Indy Car Series auto racing, Infiniti Pro Series, SCCA World Speed Challenge, stunt plane air shows and concerts. The event will be broadcast live on ESPN. It is the only street-circuit race in the Indy Car Series. This is a one-of-a-kind event for the Tampa Bay area and the entire southeast United States. |

| The Annual Mainsail Arts Festival |
| The Annual Mainsail Arts Festival features nearly 300 artists in St. Petersburg’s Vinoy Park. This free festival features visual exhibits in seven categories, craft demonstrations, a children's arts activity tent and culinary arts/food vendors. Live entertainment includes classic southern rock, jazz, rhythm and blues, country rock and Afro-Cuban rhythms. Festival hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM. |

| The Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival |
| The Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival is a cultural extravaganza featuring colorful costumes, arts, crafts, dancing, steel drums and music from around the Caribbean. Musical styles will include calypso, soca, reggae and steel orchestra. The festivities take place in Vinoy Park in downtown St. Petersburg and run from 10 AM to 10 PM. Admission is $10. |
