Payment Policy: PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED IN ALL CURRENCIES BY CERTIFIED CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER WITH A SIGNED CONTRACT. WE REQUIRE 50% UPON RESERVATION WITH THE REMAINDER DUE 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AT THE PREMISES. A DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED THAT IS REFUNDABLE WITH 14 DAYS OF DEPARTURE.

Cancellation Policy: 50% OF THE RESERVATION FEE WILL BE KEPT IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE YOU SECOND PAYMENT IS DUE. AFTER THE SECOND PAYMENT IS RECIEVED YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL.
