Luxury Florida Fantastic Pool Villa 10 mins from Disney Main Gate

Our Luxury Villa is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. We offer you an executive villa and is furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of the Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area.

This air conditioned home was built with a larger deck area giving you more room to relax by our 30 ft pool and spa. which has a 3ft shallow end gradually increases to a 6ft depth. Pool safety has not been forgotten, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed, along with a pool fence for the safety of our younger guests (and your peace of mind).

Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves for the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no smoking permitted in the villa.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in UK Pounds. A deposit of £200 is due within 7 days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days8 weeks prior to arrival. Personal check and Paypal are accepted forms of payment

Cancellation Policy: The sending of the booking form confirms your acceptance to pay for any damage of any kind caused by your occupancy of the property. The cost of repairs and/or replacements will be deducted from your security deposit prior to the return of the balance. The security deposit will be fully refundable 2-3 weeks after your departure from the property, providing there are no claims against it. In the event of any excess damage of any kind, excessive cleaning costs by our agents or excessive use of electricity (caused by leaving external doors open with the air conditioning on) the named person on the booking form will be held responsible for all additional costs which exceed the security deposit.

Rules: All persons stated on the booking form are responsible for the care of the property and are expected to take reasonable care of it including the locking of all doors, topping up of pool water (as required) and ensuring the security alarm is activated whenever the property is unoccupied. At the end of the rental period, all utensils, carpets, furnishings, walls, fittings must be left clean and tidy. It is the guest's responsibility to notify the management company immediately of any sudden equipment failure so that reasonable action can be take to rectify the situationThe maximum capacity that our villa is licensed for is 10. Everyone occupying the property must be listed on the booking form, including small children. This is Florida state law and must be adhered to. The accommodations cannot be shared or sub-let and only the persons shown on the booking form are permitted to stay in the property. No pets are permitted. Persons under 21 years of age are not acceptable unless accompanied by parents or responsible adults. The property is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Florida. The owners reserve the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not met. Failure to comply will render the booking void and no compensation will be paid.
