This roomy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo is a recently updated and well maintained unit with covered parking plus a heated pool. Leave the car at home because this 4 unit complex is just a few short steps to the Beach (120) and although located on a quiet cul-de-sac it is near (easy walking distance) to shops and restaurants.

“Seacrest” sleeps 6 with a king size bed, two twin beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include washer/dryer, cable, two TV’s, two VCR’s a DVD player, a full kitchen including a blender, toaster and microwave.

There is also a DSL broadband facility for fast internet access for your laptop/computer etc. In addition there is a stereo CD player and AM/FM radio.

6.5% Florida Sales Tax. 4% Manatee County Resort Tax.

There is a 25% holiday surcharge for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.

Cancellation Policy: Your performance/damage deposit is non-refundable if you cancel any or all of your reservation. We cannot offer refunds for late check ins or early departures. Rental payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless the entire rental period is re-booked. Subletting or assignment of the rentals units is prohibited.

Rules:

PETS: Regrettably, we do not allow pets in the unit.

SMOKING: All of our units are non-smoking. Please smoke outdoors and responsibly discard all smoking debris.

LOCKED CLOSETS/GARAGES: Some owners leave personal items locked in closets or garages for their convenience. These areas are NOT included in the rental.
