FORT PIERCE VACATION CONDO RENTAL DESCRIPTION

This 1st floor condo is beautifully furnished. It looks onto the Golf Course from the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is ceramic tile throughout , carpet in the bedrooms. I has every amenity including a fireplace, convection oven , microwave, lots of cookware, and a very large jacuzzi tub. The master bed is a queen and very comfy. 400 count sheets, jaquard bedding, and extra thick towels add so much luxury. Golf is available for purchase if you stay 2 months or more. It is 5 minutes from Jai Alai, 7 minutes to the ocean, 7 minutes to Historic Downtown Ft Pierce, 15 minutes to Vero Beach. Lots of Mom and Pop restaurants, Premium Outlet is 20 minutes, Riverside Theater, Sunrise Theater, Kata king, boating, deep sea fishing within 10 minutes.

Airport Information

1 hour from Palm Beach and Mel borne airports and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Orlando airport. From the 95 and Turnpike The country club is off of Kings Highway turn left on Angle and right on Johnston Road. The country club is 2 miles down on the left hand side on Johnston Road.

Payment Policy:

Rates are in US Dollars.

Golf packages can be purchased at the golf club.

Rates are 2100.00 per month from Sept to October 31 1800.00 per month for Nov- Dec 31st. 2400.00 per month from Jan- March 31st. 2200.00 for the month of April and May. June 1- August 31st 1200.00 per month. Payment in full is due prior to occupancy. There is a 1000.00 dollar security deposit required for a stay of 1 month or more.

Weekly rentals have a 500.00 security deposit.

Payment can be made in the form of check money order or pay pal.

For long term rental, the 1st last and security deposit are required.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund of deposit will be given -if the condo is re- rented during the same time period. Should an emergency arise, causing the condo to be uninhabitable, then the owners will provide renters a full refund.

Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
