PARK CITY VACATION TOWNHOUSE RENTAL DESCRIPTION

This is a brand new (February, 2005), luxury 2200 square foot, vacation home. It's a tri-level home with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a den. Bear Hollow Village is a new vacation community close to these ski resorts: The Canyons (2 miles), Park City (5 miles) and Deer Valley (7 miles). This award-winning community is located at the base of the Utah Olympic Park, and is close to skiing as well as shopping and restaurants.
With all new furniture, the main level of the home is an ideal gathering place. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops overlooks the family room with its fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the 43 inch HDTV with surround sound and cable HDTV programming or look outside through the picture windows and see a view of the Wasatch mountains and the Swaner Nature Preserve. A large private Jacuzzi and gas BBQ grill are located on the covered deck just off the kitchen.
The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a four poster bed with a queen-size European plush pillowtop mattress set. It has its own private deck looking out towards the mountains and the nature preserve. The second and third bedrooms also have queen-size Euro pillowtop beds and the second bedroom includes a TV with DVD player. The fourth bedroom has a bunkbed combo with the bottom being a full-size bed and the top a twin. A TV with a Nintendo Gamecube and about 10 games is also in this room. Two bathrooms and a laundry room are also located on the upstairs level. The private downstairs den has its own full bath, LCD TV with DVD, X-Box video game player with games, queen bed, and a queen-size sofa-sleeper. A 2 car garage is attached. Wireless (WiFi) and wired high speed internet access is included.
