Villa Nova: Luxurious Retreat in the Countryside

Villa Nova is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac at the rear of the sub division of Lake Wilson Preserve and suitable for 10/11 guests. This 4 bedroom rental villa in Davenport / Champions Gate features two double en-suite bedrooms to the rear and on each side of the lanai overlooking the pool and wetland area, both with TV/DVD [telephone in Rt.]and two twin bedroom to side and front sharing a full bathroom, 1 including the crib.

The great room comes with vaulted ceiling, TV, DVD and CD/stereo, two love seats and double sleeper sofa, occasional tables with lamps and double sliding doors to the lanai. There is also the dining area with 6 place settings. We have a fully equipped kitchen with nook having table and 4 chairs, plus 2 stool to the bar area. The laundry facilities are in the adjoining garage. The villa is child friendly and there is a crib with bedding and high chair for guest use.

It offers a sunny south facing deck equipped with a beautiful pool and gas barbecue for the entire family to enjoy together. To comply with Florida law there is a safety bar and alarm attached to the patio doors leading out to the lanai and pool area. In addition, you can take advantage of free calling within the US and Canada and stay connected with your loved ones through our high speed Wi-Fi Internet service.

We are just 8 minutes away from Disney and Epcot which make Florida the vacation capital of the world. You can even access excellent golf, horse riding and a waterpark facilities within five minutes while staying at our Villa. Enquire about pets.

Payment Policy: All rates quoted in USD. 20% non returnable deposit upon booking, balance to be paid 4 weeks in advance of arrival. We will supply a key code and maps once this cleared. Any booking under 7 days carries a $60 loading for cleaning. Pets are $100 each, $500 if not declared upon booking.

Cancellation Policy: 20% deposit is taken upon booking which will NOT be returned upon cancellation. Final payment 30 days ahead of holiday.

Rules: Check in is 4pm, check out 11am. This is negotiable. Pets are allowed dependant on type and a further cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to cover. If not declared, but discovered, we will charge a $500 fine. BBQ only OUTSIDE the 'cage' and to be cleaned by guest. NO SMOKING INDOORS. - Any trace of a smoking smell will incur a fumigation fee. Fire and safety rules are posted within the Villa and beside the pool. Any non wear and tear damages will be paid for. Any loss or damage found upon the exit clean, will be charged to you.
