This Luxurious, four bedroom, three bathroom home is located in the stunning Terra Verde Gated Resort. Our elegant home is fully air-conditioned and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms which consists of a Master en-suite bedroom with a Queen size bed. A Mickey Mouse theme bunk bed room with a games area which contains a games table, xbox with 30 games TV, DVD Player, Portable radio/CD Player, selection of toys. A second twinroom has a choice of either a Finding Nemo Theme or a more adult lion theme. On the ground floor there is a Lounge, dining area, Kithen and Laundry, There is also a superb Double bedroom and bathroom.

We have taken extra care to furnish our Villa with you and your family in mind. The Gourmet Kitchen has all the necessities you may need. Whether cooking a formal dinner, a picnic lunch for your visit to one of the many Theme parks or just to keep your drinks cold for those hot, sunny, lazy days by your own private pool.

The Terra Verde community is even more extraordinary as the attractions all around it. This upscale gated community is built around a 3 acre spring fed lake, which boasts a White Sand beach area, Clubhouse, with Swimming Pool, Exercise room, Spa, Playground, Walking Trails, Beach Volleyball Court and much much more.

Other facilities available at the Clubhouse are Cyber cafe with INTERNET ACCESS, community swimming complex, private sunning beach, Fishing, Tiki bar, Concierge services to arrange theme park tickets/dinner reservations/and shows, TV / gathering lounge, Sauna, Fitness Gym, Jogging path, Games room, children's play park, Shuttle service to and from attractions. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less admin charges.

Cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the arrival date will be charged in full.

Rules: Minimum stay of 5 nights in low season, and a minimum of 7 nights in Holiday and high season.
Late check-out will be charged at $75.00 per hour until 4.00PM. After 4.00PM a full night will be charged
