Set amongst the 1400 lakes, and orange groves of Lake County, Robin's Nest is a beautiful, comfortable 4 bedroom pool home in the quiet, relaxed setting of a gated community, but only a 15 minute drive from the magical Disney campus. Lake Louisa State Park, with its nature trail, swimming, fishing and boating, is only 5 minutes away, and there are many championship golf courses within a few minutes. Walmart is only 3 minutes away. Also close by are other supermarkets, restaurants, fast food outlets, drug stores, video and DVD rental, banks, gas stations, post office. There are many Championship golf courses within easy reach.
The villa has 2 extremely large living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you might need. There is a separate laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. We supply all linen, including pool towels. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.
The large master bedroom with its American lighthouse theme, overlooks the pool and has a king-size bed, en suite bathroom, cable TV and walk-in wardrobe. The pretty 2nd bedroom with its sea theme, has a queen-size bed, cable TV and wardrobe. The Tinkerbell and Spiderman bedrooms each have twin beds, and wardrobes. All bedrooms are carpeted for comfort, and have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The Games Room has a foosball table, a pool table, table tennis, darts, quoits, and hopscotch.
There are colour cable TVs, stereo, VCR and DVD players, books, games, jigsaws.

Cancellation Policy:
Written notice of cancellation required. The deposit will be forfeited. If the balance has been paid, all reasonable steps will be taken to replace the reservation. If this is unsuccessful, the whole of the amount will be forfeit.
If the final balance of the rental charge is not paid at the prescribed time or no written notice of cancellation is given, the owners or their agents reserve the right to cancel the reservation by giving the guest notice in writing. Upon such cancellation the reservation deposit shall be forfeit.
