New Smyrna Beach Island Paradise

If you decide to be one of our family of renters, you'll enjoy the privacy of a 33 acre private island in the middle of the intracoastal. There it is only a short bike ride (4 blocks) to New Smyrna's beaches - renowned for surf and surfing and one of the most beautiful beaches on the East coast, (certainly the least crowded). You are also within walking distance to both the sleepy mainland village (everyone here is "on island time) as well as "beach-side's" pristine downtown area where you can find music and dancing overlooking the river, ice cream and boutique shopping (not the overdone upscale type - strictly local offerings! ) Peter and I traveled the length and breadth of Florida and decided on New Smyrna for many reasons -certainly it's unearthly, untouched beauty but also it's small town feeling and the somewhat unique direct outlet to the ocean from the intracoastal here. As a guest on our island have access to 2 heated pools, a hot tub, a club house where you can go to use the library or even throw a party a new workout center which I must confess I have not been to yet, a putt and chip 18 hole golf course which other people (golfers,) seem to enjoy - although I am not a golfer myself and a lighted tennis court! The community also has it’s own private marina where you can rent a slip for cheap, a 3,200 foot river walk where most mornings through evening you'll see people jogging, and shuffle board courts .

Yearly Rental, unfurnished - $1100/month, utilities not included
Yearly rental, furnished - $1200/month, utilities not included
Periodic rental, minimum one month, October-May -$1500-1600/month
Periodic rental, minimum one month, June-September - $1100-1200/month
Weekly rental, minimum one week, October-May - $900/week
Weekly rental, minimum one week, June-September - $850/week
Minimum reservation deposit $300
A 7% sales tax applies to each stay
For visitors staying more than one month, one-time departure $50 cleaning fee is added.
There are no additional fees for use of the pools, tennis, etc.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Reservation deposits are subject to forfeiture if written cancellation is not received 60 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations are subject to a 10% handling charge. The reservation deposit is not applied to rental fees but is held as a security deposit during your visit and will be refunded by mail within 10 business days of departure, provided keys are returned and satisfactory inspection.

Rules: No pets, no smoking this is negotiable.
