Our 5 bedroom villa rental Montego Bay is suitable for a couple, extended family or a group of 10-12 vacationers. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Three bedrooms can have the configuration of either twin beds or a king-size bed, while the fourth one has a queen-size bed. Our fifth bedroom boasts an attached lush private garden patio as an added amenity. The large kitchen comes well stocked and the dining room with antique furniture commands marvelous sea views.

The elegantly furnished living room of this Montego Bay vacation rental villa looks over the sea and features an extensive library of books, videotapes and DVD's, TV/DVD/VCR and DSL wired and wireless internet. No matter whether you are a vociferous reader or a music lover, there are requisite entertainment facilities for everyone.

Our screened in sun-porch overlooks the sea and comes complete with comfortable sofa and chairs. For more enjoyment, there is a private charcoal barbecue grill and an a nearby outdoor tennis court.

A reservation requires a 25% refundable deposit with the balance due one month before occupancy. Discounts: Return guests-10%; 14+ nights-5%; 21+ nights-10%; 28+ nights-15%

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is fully refunded in case of cancellation except for 5% administrative fee. Days interrupted by hurricane are refunded.

Rules: At end of stay guests pay for food, staff tip and telephone and Fax call charges. Recommended staff tip is $5.00/guest/day. Equipment at villa is for use of guests without charge, including beach towels, snorkeling masks, snorkels, fins, tennis rackets, books, TV/DVD/VCR, videotapes, DVDs and water sport equipment, wired & wireless internet service.
