Perfectly placed in the peaceful community of Clear Creek, Tony & Rosemary's luxury, privately owned villa, a Clermont, Florida vacation rental, is ideal for a wonderful holiday in Florida any time of the year. Built on a large, oversize corner plot, this 3 bedroom rental villa in Clermont sleeps eight. It features a large west facing private screened pool, which receives sun from 10 a.m. until sunset. At the rear of the villa is a large partly shaded area where guests can enjoy the sun or dine al fresco. There is a fully fitted kitchen to accommodate your food needs. The private charcoal barbecue is also available. Our Clermont luxury villa rental is equipped with top-of-the-line electronic facilities such as satellite TV, DVD, TV with DVR capability and Wi-Fi for your family entertainment. We also facilitate our guests with unlimited telephone calls within the USA. You can enjoy a date with Mickey Mouse and his friends at Disney World, which is only 3 miles away from our Clermont pool villa. There are supermarkets and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets just one mile north of the famous US192. Golf aficionados will enjoy their stay at this Clermont villa near golf course as well.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 10 - 16 weeks prior to arrival, there is a fee of 50% of the booking, less the deposit.
For cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to arrival there is a fee of 75% of the booking, less the deposit.
For cancellation between 4 weeks and date of arrival there is a fee of 100% of the booking, less the deposit.
Good travel insurance is stongly advised.
