Oceanfront Townhome, beautiful, quiet beach. Very private with spectacular view of beach/ocean. Go out the sliding door, onto porch, down the steps - and you are on the beach. King bed, large whirlpool tub, and balcony in master suite. Full bed in 2nd bedroom & (2) twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Two sofas in living area on which children could be comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen fully equipped. Floor to ceiling atrium windows in living area on ocean side, which gives unobstructed views of ocean/beach. Laundry facility in garage. Central heat/air. Eight minutes to historic part of St Augustine. Many outstanding restaurants in immediate area. Marineland, Alligator Farm nearby. Guana Nature Preserve within 10 minutes. 2 hours to Disney World/Universal Studios. World Golf Village, TPC, Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra & several other great golf courses within 15-20 minutes. Shopping & Outlet Mall in close proximity. Offshore fishing and water craft rental 2 miles away. Great surf fishing out the back door.
