The 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Naples Florida Villa at Waterside Villas is available now. The house offers plenty of room for larger groups and comes with a queen-size sofa sleeper in the family room. Luxurious ceramic tile is laid throughout the house with berber carpet in the bedrooms. The Naples FL Villa Rental is tastefully furnished throughout, with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay in Florida.

The Naples Florida Villa Rental also contains 3 TV's with extended cable, a VCR, and a DVD player. There is a stereo in the family room as well. Out the back door of the house you can find the pool and the boat docks with direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico.

The Waterside house comes equipped with central air and heating, ceiling fans, and 2 phone lines (with one available for internet access).

The Waterside house contains a fully-equipped kitchen and, if you don't feel like cooking, fine dining is just steps away. The Fifth Ave. restaurants and shops are also only two miles from Waterside Villas

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars
November-April: $1300/Week or $3900/Month
June-August $900/Week $2,700 per month
May, September, & October $800/Week
Plus 10% bed tax.
Cleaning fee of $110 per visit.

Cancellation Policy: For full refund of rental money you must cancel 60 days prior to arrival, less a $50.00 booking fee.

Rules: Refundable damage/ reservation $500.00
