The Villa is walking distance to the beach,5 minutes drive to the center of the Polis town and a half an hour drive to the nearest golf club. All Rooms have their own bathrooms and toilettes. There is a Tv In the living room and one the corridor of the top floor. The Airconditioning units are charged per use per day for €5 per unit. The villa has its own private outdoors swimming pool 9 meters. Sattelite TV with free on air channels.
