Chateau La Mer II Unit 303 is located off Scenic Gulf Drive (Scenic Hwy 98) on 5 secluded acres across from 230 feet of our private sugar white beach with emerald water. Play ground for the kids to play. No traffic, private parking, grill & picnic areas. Truly a Family Vacation Location.

Our condo has all the things needed to make you feel right at home. Just bring your personel items and you are ready for fun!!.Our Condo is fully equipped.In the Master bedroom you will find a king size bed, digital clock radio,telephone /answering machine, 19" TV and private full bathroom.

In the Guest Bedroom, two queen beds, digital clock radio, 25" stereo TV, VHS with easy front access connections for Video gaming (ready for the kids to play). The Living room has a 32" TV, DVD/VHS/CD Stereo surround system. Free High speed cable modem and WIRELESS access for internet in the condo and the pool.

In addition, the resort has a heated pool, Gazebo, tennis court(recent refinish), club house (with computer), childrens playground (swings, slide, etc), basketball goal, picnic tables and BBQ grills right next to the Condo. The condo is approximately 2-3 minutes walk to the beach

Payment Policy: Vacationers we are ready are you!! Destin offers the finest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. Due to the economy we have decide to not raise or rates from 2008. We want YOU and you Family to be able to go on vacation. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to forfeiture of deposit and rental fees. To guarantee your reservation, a verbal commitment and your deposit of $250 must be received within 4 days of making your commitment. This is not applied to the rental balance, but will be mailed to you within 7 days of departure, providing all rental conditions are met. When our Condo Cleaning Service has cleaned the condo and notified US, we will return your deposit. Please take care of our condo as if it were yours, this is the only way we can keep our rates affordable. We will email you a copy of our Destin Rental Policies when you inquire about renting our Destin Condo. Your reply will be considered acknowledgement and agreement that you meet our Condo Policies. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your arrival date for full Rental/Depoit refund and 15 Days prior to your arrival for Rental refund. We are willing to work with you if an emergency comes up.

Rules: Linens and towels are provided for Condo use only - please do not take them to the beach or pool. Sorry - NO PETS are allowed in the Condo rental units or within the Chateau La Mer II Complex.
