The kitchen and living room each feature vaulted ceilings, arched windows and entryways. A freestanding gas-log fireplace on a river rock and slate hearth, warmly welcomes you. Strategically placed windows brighten the complete kitchen remodel with all its new appliances, inviting your culinary senses to test your skills. The satellite TV and Internet connectivity provide you contact with the outside world should you choose it. Centrally located 4 blocks from the downtown core of the beautiful beach in Kings Beach, this cabin sits in a quieter family neighborhood. Established Cedars line the asphalt driveway welcoming you to your place of rest and escape, private parking for 2 cars.

Regular Daily	Two Night Minimum	$180.00 per Night
Summer Daily	Two Night Minimum	$200.00 per Night
Holiday Daily	Three Night Minimum	$200.00 per Night
Christmas & New Years	Six Nights Minimum	$1,000.00 for 6 Nights

Reservation Deposit : $200.00
$100 fee for late check-out.

Cancellation Policy: We have a thirty (30) day cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days prior to your check-in arrival date, your deposit will be refunded to you, less a $25 transaction fee. If you cancel your reservation 29 or fewer days before your check-in arrival date, your entire deposit is forfeit.
